Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately at beautyblossombtq@gmail.com . We will do our best to update your address before your order ships.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Beauty & Blossom Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please ensure all information, including apartment numbers, unit numbers, and ZIP codes, is accurate before completing your purchase.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or text message (if provided at checkout) containing your tracking number.

Please allow the carrier time to update tracking information after your package has been scanned.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Beauty & Blossom Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

• Checking around your property and with household members.
• Asking nearby neighbors if the package was delivered to them.
• Contacting your local USPS office.
• Filing a claim directly with USPS if necessary.

Although we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we are happy to assist you by providing your tracking information and any documentation needed to help with your claim.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new releases, sales, or holiday seasons, processing times may be longer.
