I placed an order, however, I provided the incorrect shipping address.
- If you provided the incorrect shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately through our email Nayeli11222@gmail.com and we can edit your address.
- We are unable to make changes to your shipping address once your order has been shipped out.
- When checking out, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical for successful delivery.
- We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

- Beauty & Blossom Boutique isΒ notΒ responsible for lost or stolen packages, however, we will do our best to help you find your package since each order comes with a tracking number.Β If your tracking information or carrier states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen), you may take this up with the United States Postal Service and can file a claim.Β
