At Beauty & Blossom Boutique, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Bella+Canvas Shirts
All made-to-order Bella+Canvas shirts are final sale. Each shirt is made specifically in the color, size, and design selected by the customer.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, store credit, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
If an error was made on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup. The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and free of deodorant marks, makeup, stains, perfume, pet hair, odors, or any other signs of wear.
Boutique Merchandise
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on boutique merchandise once it has been delivered or picked up.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Clothing
- Shoes
- Hats
- Bags
- Jewelry
- Hair accessories
- Scarves
- Socks
- Beauty and personal care products
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item due to our error, contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and clear photos of the item.
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
